Agaran believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
2. Refund will be done within 7-10 working days in the case of online payments done through Credit/Debit/Net banking facility.
