1. Customers can request a refund within 4 days from the delivery date if the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the description.

2. Refund requests must be initiated by contacting customer support with valid proof (images/videos of the product).

3. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Refunds are not applicable for used, washed, or damaged products due to customer mishandling.
